Convivia is born from a word as simple as it is powerful: to live together. Sharing a roof, a morning coffee and a city. Because finding a room shouldn’t feel like signing a contract with a stranger — it should feel like arriving somewhere you were already expected.

In a city as vast and vibrant as Mexico City, we chose a name that speaks of community before square meters. Convivia doesn’t rent spaces: it opens doors.

Each room is the starting point of a different story — that of someone arriving to study, to work, to reinvent themselves, or simply to live the city another way. This is made here, for those who make Mexico City their home, temporary or permanent.
