Water, electricity, gas, internet, and access to a full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. At Casa Cerro del Crestón it also includes daily cleaning of common areas and weekly cleaning of your room. Laundry is available at both houses.
Are the rooms furnished?
Rooms at Casa Cerro del Crestón are furnished. At Casa Nicolás San Juan the rooms are rented unfurnished.
How much is the rent?
At Casa Cerro del Crestón from $6,500 a month, all included. Prices for Casa Nicolás San Juan are shared over WhatsApp.
Are children or pets allowed?
Due to the house’s living policies, children and pets are not allowed.

Can a room be rented for several people?
