At Convivia MX your trust comes first: here is what data we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Data controller

Convivia MX, operated by an individual (natural person) ("the Controller"), with contact address at Ciudad de México, is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

2. Data we collect

Through the contact form and/or WhatsApp messages we only collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone / WhatsApp number (optional)
  • The content of your message

3. Sensitive data

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

4. Purposes

Primary purposes (required to assist you):

  • Answering your inquiries about rooms and houses
  • Scheduling property visits
  • Following up on the rental process if you decide to proceed

5. Secondary purposes

We may additionally use your contact information to tell you about new availability or promotions. You may opt out at any time by writing to joaquin2904@gmail.com, without affecting your original request.

6. Data transfers

Your data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties, except for the legal exceptions set forth in article 37 of the LFPDPPP (e.g. requests from competent authorities).

7. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent. To exercise them, send a request to joaquin2904@gmail.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a description of the data. We will reply within 20 business days.

8. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use its own tracking cookies or analytics tools that identify visitors. The embedded location map (Google Maps) may set third-party cookies governed by Google policies; you can block them in your browser settings without affecting site navigation.

9. Retention and security

Your data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical security measures (restricted access, encryption in transit).

10. Changes to this notice

Any changes to this Privacy Notice will be published on this page with the date of last update.

11. Authority

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Mexican data protection authority (INAI): www.inai.org.mx.
